Vu Pham ran wild in the Nevada Union football team’s 52-14 home field win over Hiram Johnson of Sacramento Friday. The 5-foot-5, 170-pound fullback totaled 114 yards on 11 carries with a game-high three touchdowns. The senior scored on runs of four, two and seven yards as the Miners moved to 5-0 overall and 1-0 in the Metro Conference. His performance upped his touchdown total to six on the year. He’s the team’s leading rusher at 393 yards and second in scoring with 56 points.
