Editor’s note: In Wednesday’s edition of The Union, a story by Nevada Union Athletic Director Steve Pilcher, discussing random drug testing in high school athletics, included a survey that has since been offered in an updated version. Pilcher asks community members who participate in the survey to use the updated version.

Random drug testing survey

The following survey of five questions is voluntary and the results are anonymous. It is being presented to student-athletes, staff members, parents and community members in order to analyze, interpret and assess current levels of support for the random drug testing of student athletes at Nevada Union High School.

Your cooperation is appreciated in completing the following survey and returning per the instructions on reverse side within one week. Results of the survey will be available on our school Web site, in The Union and upon request
