Nevada County Intensity makes strong showing in Sacramento

The Nevada County Intensity, a 16U girls fastpitch softball team, took second place in the Beat the Heat Tournament Aug. 1-2 at DF Softball Fields at McClellan Park in Sacramento. In addition to tournament play, Coach Glenn Parman and many of his players were also working and supporting the Special Olympics on the field. Lots of red Intensity jerseys were raking the infield, announcing, score keeping, cheering, supporting the teams and enjoying more softball.
