Corrections

Due to inaccurate information provided to The Union, a member of the Grass Valley 9-10-year-old All Star team was incorrectly identified in Thursday’s edition. The story should have reported that Josiah Paye went 4-for-4 hitting, including two singles, a double and a triple in Grass Valley’s 6-4 win over Sierra Foothills.

In Friday’s edition of The Union, the name of an area soccer standout was misspelled. Tiarra Ivazes, a 17-year-old Bear River High School senior has been selected by the United Soccer Academy International to compete in two European tournaments.

The Union regrets the error.
