County native takes 2nd place in Fair’s ‘Tuff Trucks’

Kevin Anderson, a 31-year-old Nevada County native, took second place in Friday night’s Tuff Truck event at the Nevada County Fair.

Anderson finished 3.43 seconds behind the winner of the event, which included an 11-car field.

“And third place was four seconds slower than me,” Anderson said. “It was a great night of racing, no complaints from me finishing second, it was a great night.”
