Lady Raiders end perfect season with county crown

The Seven Hills seventh-grade volleyball team finished the season with an overall 26-0 record, 12-0 league record, as well as three tournament championships, including the Nevada County Seventh Grade Girls Volleyball Championship. Amazing, phenomenal and dominating are just a few words to describe the Lady Raiders, many of whom had played very little volleyball before this season. Behind them each and every step of the way, whether in practice or on the court, was their incredibly skilled, engaged and always communicative coach, Seven Hills Math Teacher Robert Sharp.


Jr. Miners earn Shrine Bowl selections

Five Jr. Miner football players and four Jr. Miner cheerleaders have all been selected to participate in the Sacramento (SYF) Youth Shrine Bowl, which benefits Shriners Hospitals for Children.
