Golf tourney to benefit Music in the Mountains

Music in the Mountains’ 16th annual Swing Along Golf Tournament is slated for 1 p.m. Sunday at Lake Wildwood.

Only 10 spots in the field remain open for the event, which includes a round of golf, a golf cart, range balls and a banquet dinner for $125 per golfer.

Prizes will be awarded, including a new car, a golf cart or a $5,000 cash prize for a hole-in-one. Also, $10,000 will on the line in a putting contest and a golf ball drop that will result in someone winning approximately $700.

Registration will be available at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, but tournament co-chair Don Streseman encourages golfers to call him for more information at 432-8592.
