Falcons baseball squad blasts Buckingham Charter

The Forest Lake Christian boys baseball team had an outstanding performance Saturday as it crushed Buckingham Charter 14-2 in a non-conference game in Vacaville.

Kyle Soria started on the mound for the Falcons and threw for five strong innings striking out seven Knights. Offensively Forest Lake Christian’s bats were hot with Wils Riley finishing 2-for-3 at the plate with a double. Logan Ray smashed an RBI-single going 2-for-2 at the dish. Adam Kennedy also went 2-for-2 with an RBI-double. Mike Rubio went 2-for-4 batting and Garret Reader also contributed to the slugfest going 1-for-2 at the plate.

The Falcons (4-2) play at San Juan Tuesday.
