Why is it that both the U. S. and California State

Why is it that both the U. S. and California State Constitution forbid the taking of private property without just compensation and still it’s being done? Read the Fifth Amendment to the U. S. Constitution and Article 1, Section 19, of the California State Constitution. What part of “Don’t do this” can’t our county officials understand? Send them a message: Vote for Measure D.
