Whose lies really matter?

I totally agree with the letter that said, “There are a lot of stupid Americans who are willing to accept propaganda, the big lie, supported by smaller lies, without asking: Why am I being lied to?” and “Ignorant people taken in by propagandists are the last to recognize their condition.”

The only problem with that letter and the other five letters defending Ackerman’s opinions of Michael Moore’s film is that I don’t give a rat’s ass about what lies Michael Moore tells. I give a rat’s ass about the lies the leader of our country tells.

You’re right, those like you are and will be the last to recognize your ignorance. If more time were spent writing about and dissecting Mr. Bush’s lies instead of Mr. Moore’s lies, we wouldn’t be in the mess we are in.
