Who says U.S. starving Iraqis?

I am getting tired of people accusing the U. S. of starving the people of Iraq. Who has verified the death of 200 million children?

In 1991 the U.N. placed sanctions against Iraq for the attack on Kuwait by an unanimous vote of the Security Council. The U.S. only has one vote.

In 1997 the sanctions were revised to allow oil for food. To date, $26 billion dollars in food and medicine has been sent to Iraq. How much of this went to the people and how much went to Saddam’s war machine and chemical warfare research?
