Who is pulling strings of Councilman Enos?

I just don’t know who is pulling (Grass Valley City Councilman) Steve Enos’ strings. There must be something behind him – perhaps Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital is the culprit.

I have been noticing all the complaints about a much-needed facility, targeting traffic and air quality as a reason to stop procedure. Don’t they realize that SNMH is just across the street, and the same amount of traffic will go there if Chapa-De does not come into existence?

The only thing that can possibly lose in this situation is the income of the hospital. That’s the reason for my suspicions about their connection with Steve Enos (only mine, evidently). He is not keeping the welfare of the citizens in the forefront of his decisions.

I do not live within the city limits, but I do live in the so-called sphere of influence (another octopus style of planned growth, which I don’t agree with), so I feel I have the right to express my dislike of his one-man crusade against Chapa-De. Who is pulling his strings?
