When will Mill Street get fixed?

Have you ever driven on Mill Street from McCourtney Road to Neal Street? You know, the road with the Grass Valley Chamber of Commerce on it. I can’t believe the condition of this main road to the center of town.

A sewer project was just completed and I would have thought that the road would have been paved at that time, but nothing has happened. Mill Street just seems to get worse. There must be some plan for this road that I am unaware of … but when?
