Wedding – Iddings-Barnes

Alyse Anne Iddings and Keith Barnes, both of Yuba City, were married Sept. 25 at the home of Mike and Jodi Taylor in Cobb. The ceremony was officiated by the groom’s father, Edwin Barnes.

The bride, a Nevada Union High School graduate, is the daughter of Earl and Valarie Iddings of Cobb. She attends Yuba College and is a dental hygiene major. She works at Long’s Drug Store as a pharmacy technician.

The groom, also an NU graduate, is the son of Edwin and Hallie Barnes of Grass Valley. He is a graduate of UTI, BMW Step School. He is a technician at Niello BMW in Sacramento.



The bride wore an ivory-colored, full-length beaded gown; pearl hair ornament; and her grandmother’s diamonds. She carried a bouquet of pink and white roses.

The maid of honor was Erin King of Redwood City.




The bridesmaids were Summer Madden of Santa Cruz; Kristi Barnes of Las Vegas, Nev.; Monica Takigawa of San Luis Obispo; and Angelina Coffey and Michelle Litton, both of Grass Valley.

The flower girl was Amy Trapani of Cobb.

The best man was Scott Barnes of Las Vegas.

The groomsmen were the bride’s brother, Daniel Iddings of Cobb; Dustin Davis of Fresno; Blake Holton of Clermont, Fla.; Rob Takigawa of San Luis Obispo and Scott Coffey of Grass Valley.

Approximately 200 guests attended the ceremony and buffet reception.

The guest book attendant was Dianna Mauldin.

The photographer was Craig Eve.

The couple honeymooned on Kauai.

They live in Yuba City.
