Stephanie Harvey and Jason Statler, both of Los Gatos, were married June 29, 2003, at Empire Mine State Historic Park. The ceremony was conducted by Dan Miller.

The bride, a Nevada Union High School graduate, is the daughter of Pat and Meredith Harvey of Grass Valley. She graduated from Butte College in 1995 with a degree in interior design. She owns and operates Stephanie’s Custom Interiors.

The groom, a Leigh High School graduate, is the son of Bob and Carolyn Statler of Los Gatos. He works for DF Rios Construction and is also a sprint car driver.

The bride wore a single strap, off-the-shoulder gown with embroidered bodice, beaded crown and fingertip veil. She carried a bouquet of multicolored roses.

The maid of honor was Claudia Hughes.

The bridesmaids were Bineen Ewasko of Folsom, Jennifer Tellam of Grass Valley, Tina Harter of Visalia, and Marnic Naczas of Fountain Valley. The flower girls were the bride’s nieces, Taylor and Kendall Hughes, of Grass Valley.

The best man was Tony Iacobitti of San Jose. The groomsmen were Mark Bristow and Brad Scadden, both of San Jose. The ushers were Jeff Castillo of San Jose and Shane Anderson of Marysville, Wash.

Approximately 200 guests attended the ceremony and dinner reception at Empire Mine.

The guest book attendant was Kastonya Hill.

The photographer was Chris Hersey.

The couple honeymooned in Yosemite.

They live in Los Gatos.
