We believe a bird in the hand

We believe a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. Especially if that bird is Bruce Conklin, a man whose basic human decency and seamless integrity is a marvel of honesty. Add to these sterling character traits – as rare as they are admirable – Bruce’s long list of accomplishments in only three years, and the choice is easy: He has saved precious historical buildings, shored up the libraries, created recreational programs and facilities, established innovative children’s programs, and built a first-class county administration. The choice: inflated promises, or done deeds. Vote for Bruce.
