Union’s opinion inappropriate

I would like to comment on The Union’s Opinion which was “offered without comment” on March 20. I am guessing the editor sees something to criticize in the memo which was intended by one county employee to suggest to his colleagues a way to reassure the board and the public that the county managers are working competently on our behalf, and are working as a team. For anyone who has read that editorial: If you know Tim Snellings, you were probably as curious as I was about why anyone would try to embarrass him by printing his memo out of context. If you don’t know him, I hope you someday also have the privilege of knowing one of the finest men in our community.
