Unfortunately at the present time

Unfortunately at the present time, the most profitable use of land in California is to sell it to a developer. Whenever I hear someone start yelling about property rights I know what they are really saying.

I skipped Rocklin and moved up here when I retired. Now, what do I hear? Property rights. Experience tells me I don’t need to hear any more.
