Unethical practices

The Israeli court has ruled that Israel is not responsible for the death of Rachel Corrie, who was run over by an Israeli bulldozer seven years ago.

She was in Gaza, along with other activists, to protect homes under demolition orders. During that period, over 2,500 Palestinian homes were torn down. Also, during that same period, two others, both British, were killed by Israel. After the ruling, the American ambassador told the family that Israel’s investigation had not been thorough, credible nor transparent.

Earlier this month, an Israeli sniper was sentenced to 45 days for killing an mother and her daughter carrying a white flag. The weapons Israel uses are provided by America. The bulldozers they use to demolish Palestinian homes are made by Caterpillar.

Meanwhile, in the West Bank, illegal settlers were recently labeled as “terrorists” for fire bombing a taxi with six people in it. Settlers torch olive orchards and deface Palestinian homes while Israeli military stand by and do nothing. And now, Israel is seeking to draw U.S. support for their threatened attack of Iran.
