Trail should remain

This is evident, the trail and the right of way is historical and became such many years before these property owners were around. The right of the trail pre-exists any property rights. It must remain regardless what the property owners want.

For Nevada County Supervisors to turn their backs on this is just another slap in our face. I can’t walk the trail, but I want it to stay as it has for so long for other people and their kids to walk. Our supervisors have their own agendas. They are not here for us and need to be replaced with plain, everyday citizens who don’t have agendas for construction or anything else.
