Time to come clean

I agree with The Union’s editorial of Jan. 29. It is time for new trustee Aaron Klein to step up to the plate and divulge his information.

If what he alleges is accurate and true, then maybe he is not too far off base. If, on the other hand, this is nothing more than a personal vendetta and a dislike of President Kevin Ramirez, then we, the citizens should institute recall proceedings against Mr. Klein, or, at least demand his resignation.

Kevin Ramirez has been a good president for Sierra College.

Both of my sons graduated from Nevada Union and from Sierra College. I am currently enrolled at the Grass Valley campus.

I also totally agree with (letter writer’s) letter to the editor of Jan. 31 and (letter writer’s) letter to the editor of Feb. 3.

It is time for Aaron Klein to put up or shut up.

As an after thought, I would like to state that I miss Richard Somerville’s articles. He and Publisher Jeff Ackerman were a great team. I did not always agree with their thoughts and ideas, but, isn’t that what this country is all about?
