Time for change in N.C.

Nevada City isn’t immune to the corruption that power breeds. Recently, a former Nevada County Supervisor pressured two would-be candidates looking to run for Nevada City council seats to withdraw their applications as it would pose a risk of taking votes away from the incumbents. Barbara Coffman rebuked the politico’s efforts.

Current Nevada City council members have lost touch with the heartbeat of Nevada City to keep it vitalized and growing. Nevada City needs fresh ideas and most importantly integrity from our government.

Sheila Stein and Barbara Coffman will bring new ideas while protecting the legacies of Nevada City.
