Dorsey Drive Interchange Improvements Workshop – 4 p.m. at the Grass Valley Veterans Building, 255 S. Auburn St.; Agenda: Maps, plans and a project schedule of the proposed work will be displayed and information concerning costs and environmental issues will be available at the Open House.




North San Juan Fire Protection District – 7 p.m. at 13200 Tyler Foote Crossing Rd. Agenda: Reports; use of community hall for church services; background checks on employees; updates on Station 1 drainage and title, and Station 3 landscape.

Grass Valley School District — 7 p.m. at the District Administrative Office, 10840 Gilmore Way, Grass Valley. Agenda: Approval of a request for allowance of attendance because of emergency conditions for the Grass Valley School district; approval of a request for allowance of attendance because of emergency for the Grass Valley Charter School; approval of annual certification of temporary athletic team coaches.

Pleasant Ridge Union School District — 7 p.m. at the James W. Meshwert Building, 22580 Kingston Lane, Grass Valley. Agenda: Approval of Magnolia Intermediate School Odyssey of the Mind Team Participation in the EuroFestival in Wroclaw, Poland; approval of annual honor society field trip to the University of California, Berkeley and San Francisco.

Ready Springs Union School District — 7 p.m. at the Ready Springs School Library. Agenda: Authorization to initiate 2006 District Summer School Program and advertise in-house for Summer School Teacher/Coordinator; revisions to 2005-06 preschool calendar.

Nevada County Sanitation District No. 1 Advisory Committee — 10 a.m. at the Rood Administrative Center, 950 Maidu Ave., Nevada City. Agenda: Lake Wildwood Wastewater Treatment Plant; Lake of the Pines Wastewater Treatment Plant; Cascade Shores Wastewater Treatment Plant; Review of proposed fiscal year 2006/07 Nevada County Sanitation District No. 1 Budget.
