The incumbent clerk-recorder proudly claims to

The incumbent clerk-recorder proudly claims to have installed state-of-the-art technology (actually selected by her predecessor, not her). Unfortunately, her lack of understanding of computers has prevented her from making use of some of its most useful features, like allowing the building department to print out a copy of a deed instead of having to send the customer to the recorder’s office. She is even still recording liens by hand that she gets from the treasurer tax-collector when it could be done electronically. Kevin Waggoner understands computers and how to use them. Vote for Waggoner.
