Thanks to NID for resolving Cascade Shores fiasco

The Nevada Irrigation District is charged with improving a dilapidated system. Every improvement decision made by NID is met with objection. Recently, representatives of NID have been responding to the need of NID to address these objections prior to making decisions. The constituents of NID District I Supervisor Nancy Weber should be thankful for her contribution in this regard.

The public servants of this county, their officers and the proofreaders of The Union are charged with a thankless job and are subjected to unrelenting scrutiny, often at their personal expense.

Thank you, NID District I Supervisor Nancy Weber, NID General Manager Ron Nelson and Placer office administrator Peggy Davidson for selfless contributions while resolving the Cascade Shores Recreation Area gate fiasco.
