Thanks to all for helping us stay open

This has been one of those times when the strength and caring of our community is truly evident! And for NCA (Neighborhood Center for the Arts) it has meant more than words can say -“thank you” is not nearly enough.

The support of The Union in getting our story told and the response from the community has been a life-saver – literally.

After being forced to temporarily close our doors last week, we reopened today to smiles on the faces of our clients that were like the brightest suns in the universe.

Because of the promise of a loan from the co-owners of Coldwell Banker and donations gathered over the past few days, we knew we could fight through the remaining problems and prevail.

The crisis isn’t over, but we are confident we will see it through.

The NCA story is one that can’t be fully appreciated until you see our clients creating their art.

We invite everyone to come see the center in full operation and learn what magic really happens here!

On behalf of the clients, staff, parents/caregivers, and board -thank you all for your help.
