Tassone votes with his conscience

At Grass Valley City Council meetings, Gerard Tassone’s responses to our neighborhood regarding the park plan for Mulcahy Field have been very gratifying.

He has shown respect to each speaker who has come to the microphone and has given thoughtful consideration to our concerns, even though many of us have a county address and cannot vote for or against him.

He listens judiciously to both sides of issues and votes according to his conscience, not according to political pressure.

Living outside the city limits, I cannot vote in city elections; but if I could, Gerard would have my vote.
