Swiss House chef

For the past week, I have been visiting family and enjoying the lifestyle here in Grass Valley. I never expected, however, to be eating as well in the shadow of the Sierras as on the Bahnhofstrasse of Zurich. Karl Resch is a classically trained Swiss chef who sticks to the “old ways.” Each meal he prepares himself, and the plate does not leave his kitchen until it passes muster. Many residents aren’t aware of the special talents Chef Resch brings to each plate. The Swiss House is a culinary gold nugget in the foothills of the Sierras.
