Employees at the Video LibraryCQ movie rental in the Fowler CenterCQ have patched up their business after a mid-size sport utility vehicle went through a glass wall Friday evening.

No one was hurt in the store at its busiest time of the week, according to employees.

Justin HuntCQ, who works at the store, said that a middle-aged woman drove the SUV, with two children inside, through a wall at about 5:20 p.m. and ended up about 4 feet inside the business. Hunt said it is believed she pushed the gas pedal instead of the brake pedal.

The woman was taken by ambulance to Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital for unknown injuries, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection dispatchers.

There were about 35 people inside the store, Hunt said.
