Sutherland reluctant to reveal background

We know of Supervisor Izzy Martin’s integrity, fiscal responsibility, concern about planned growth, social services and the preservation of the quality of life in Nevada County.

However, getting to know about Robin Sutherland is like pulling hens’ teeth. She is reluctant to be forthright about her qualifications for the supervisor’s job and her plan for growth in our county.



It was not until Sutherland was asked in the Sept. 16 debate that she revealed her membership in CABPRO, undergoing an SPI indoctrination program and being indecisive about Measure D.

So what else is there to know about Sutherland?
