Surely nothing dies

“Laz” Lewis died last week, and I lost a friend of almost 30 years. He fell out of a tree. Laz was someone who lived life with reckless abandon and his movie-star good looks, quick wit and charm made him a popular character in Nevada City. I will miss him.
