Submit election letters until 5 p.m. Feb. 22

To provide a chance for as many writers as possible to comment about the March 5 election, we’ll limit election-related letters to 100 words.

Each writer will be limited to one letter about a candidate and one letter about a ballot measure from now until Election Day.

We will make every effort to run all the letters that meet our guidelines, but we may be required to run a representative sample of letters if the volume becomes overwhelming.

The last day letters to the editor concerning the election will be accepted will be 5 p.m. Feb. 22. The last day they will be published is Feb. 28.
