St. Piran’s Day

What a great effort and celebration was held in downtown Grass Valley on Saturday, March 11. Thanks to our own Mayor Tassone and Nevada City’s Connely Weaver. Also, thanks to: Howard Levine and the Downtown Association, Mark Johnson and Foothill Flowers, the Idaho-Maryland Mining Corp., Nevada County Library and Friends of the Library, the California Cornish Cousins, KNCO Radio and the GV/NC Chamber. As always, hard-working volunteers made the workload lighter. Thanks for making this event so special.
