Spectator sport

It’s tit for tat. War on Terror. Terror on War. A very dangerous spectator sport.

Boomers wake up! Wasn’t it horrible to let your children play with guns? Now you pack up their suitcases with cookies and Kevlar? What have we become? The World Court?

Shh… Don’t tell anybody, but I head a few years back that, guess what? The U.S. of A. has WMDs. Oops, did I say that? Oh yeah, I remember, we’re ignoring that right now on our march (march mind you) to freedom.

The news has become oxymoronic. We are all expected to process incongruity and don’t let us feel the horrific damage it is doing to all of us because of our methods of “making the world a more peaceful place.”

Do this: “Love like your life depends on it. It does.” – Michael Franti.
