SOS, Mr. President!

The stockmarket dive is not turning around until you and your administration recognize that the corporate crooks and their accountants are winning.

The Ship of State is floundering amid revelations of corporate fraud and abuse of positions that require honesty, credibility and integrity at their workplace.

I recognize an undercurrent of beliefs from the vast array of media sources that are available today and that the present exposure of misdeeds is but the tip of the iceberg and the main tidal wave of revelations approaching.

Frankly, I believe that many Americans, and other World Citizens, suspect or believe that many of your “good old boys” flanking you are buried in this bucket of bilge up to your neck.

Your recovery speech was “wimpy” and will not restore confidence in the stock market or in public trust.

We need an effective law to punish persons who occupy positions of public trust and violate responsibility of that office.

Present SEC laws are so weak and ineffective that I would suggest amnesty for those wrongdoers who come forward, confess and cooperate with the return of any remaining wrongfully acquired assets. Please stop the waste of time and money on futile efforts to enforce the present SEC laws, however.

The new laws should establish long prison sentences in tough prisons for violations and restitution.

For a second conviction, I suggest all of the above plus loss of citizenship.

Mr. President, you are our captain with the power to bring America back on course as the leader of nations.

I urge you to “dump your bad cargo,” and I suggest that you appoint Rudy Giuliani to head the reformation.

Mr. Giuliani saved NYC and revitalized the spirit of America and saved America. Mr. Giuliani is Mr. America and the people of America and of the world will have confidence in his abilities and I believe that Mr. Giuliani will step forward to save capitalism.

C.E. Dixon
