Slow on curves

This is a request to all drivers. Please be cautious and slow down on blind corners of narrow neighborhood streets. Those are to merge after a curve to slow down for residents backing from driveways that get caught when cars are whipping fast around, when the car backing up is halfway out.

In my experience, I did not have even seconds to get the turn completed to avoid a collision as I backed up to be off their lane – hit a rear corner bumper cap against a post to avoid them. It should have been heard, but they were long gone. The cracked corner bumper was costly – $280 to repair. This could have been avoided by less speed.

Thank you for slowing down on narrow roads – especially curves.
