Sleep disorders class offered by hospital

John Lace, MD, will discuss sleep disorders at a class offered by the Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Wellness Center from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3,

Dr. Lace is a Grass Valley pulmonologist, who will discuss the basics of sleep problems and bring participants up to date with research in the field. The fee is $15.



In addition, Jeffrey Cram, PhD, will offer his monthly “Living Well With Pain” class from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 9. This is an ongoing class designed to help people manage pain in holistic ways. Fee is $10.

The Wellness Center is not offering any other classes during December because of the holidays. To register or get more information, call 274-6824.
