Sierra Road Work Schedule

July 22 – 28

State Route 20 from Yuba County line to Pleasant Valley Road: One-way traffic control at various locations from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 2 p.m. on Friday; full highway closure with delays of up to 30 minutes between 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for blasting. A contractor is scheduled to do embankment and drainage work and paving.

Interstate 80 from Soda Springs to Castle Peak: East- and westbound lane closures from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday. A contractor is scheduled to do miscellaneous construction work.



State Route 20 from the Yuba County line to I-80: No. 1 lane closed from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. A California Department of Transportation crew is scheduled to do miscellaneous maintenance work.

I-80 from Placer County line to Donner Lake under crossing: East- and westbound lane closures from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday. A Caltrans crew is scheduled to do miscellaneous maintenance work.




State Route 174 from Placer County line to Route 20: East- and westbound No. 1 lane closed from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. A Caltrans crew is scheduled to clean ditches.

State Route 174 from Brunswick Drive to Biggs Ave.: One-way traffic control from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday. A contractor is scheduled to do underground utility work.
