Seminar targets world of volunteers

The Volunteer Action Center will present a seminar concerning volunteers in Nevada County. “Ready, Recruit, Retain: Managing Volunteers in Nonprofit Agencies” will be led by Beverly Hayward, VAC’s executive director.

The seminar will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. today at the Nevada County Superintendent of Schools Office in the Hauser Conference Room.

Space is limited. Call the VAC office at 272-5041 for information.



Volunteer Action Center is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.
