Schiavo reports miss point

For weeks now the media has been saturating us with the Terri Schiavo story. All the radio talk show and television talking heads have spent countless hours arguing the legality and morality of Terri’s demise.

In the wake of her death it is being said that her legacy will be that people have become more aware of the need for living wills.

How sad that her legacy isn’t that she is the “Poster Child” for bulimia and that every time her picture was shown the audience was not make painfully aware that this is what can happen to people with eating disorders. “Girls do you want to be like Terri?” What a missed opportunity to make a death save lives.
