activities assistant and door managers

An adult day-care program needs individuals or groups to perform, lead a craft activity, read a story, or help in daily activities. Material supplies will be reimbursed.

Cat cuddlers

Volunteers are needed Monday and Tuesday mornings to cuddle cats.

Drivers

Transport and escort three visually impaired clients to and from meetings twice a month. First and third Wednesdays; four-door car would be preferable.

Low-cost health care for kids

— Staff tables at various locations to distribute information on low-cost health care insurance for children, Healthy Families Program, which provides low-cost health, dental and vision coverage. Short term (through June 2002), includes some weekends and evenings.

— Assist families to enroll their children in Healthy Families. Training will be provided locally.
