Rodeo animals

Rodeo is fun event. Rodeo animals are treated better than the majority of the animals in this community’s back yards.

These animals are the contractor’s livelihood. Veterinarians are on hand to observe and treat any injuries. These animals are worth thousands of dollars to the contractors. These athletes of rodeo do not go to the slaughterhouse. They are out to pasture and used for breeding.

Nevada County Horseman’s has been having an annual rodeo event for the last six years, and to my knowledge, not one animal has been hurt or died in the process.

Rodeos are fun and entertaining. Please support these events and enjoy the thrill of the sport, knowing that these wonderful creatures are being well fed and well cared for before, during and after the event.
