Robin waffles on D

The report on the recent candidates’ debate in Penn Valley for the District 4 supervisor’s race indicates that Robin Sutherland had not yet decided her position on the county’s ballot Measure D.

Not yet made up her mind? Come on, Robin. Measure D is the most significant and controversial ballot measure to come up in years. If, as she says, she’s still undecided it does not speak well for her powers of perception or comprehension. If Robin has made up her mind, but wants to avoid losing votes by announcing her position now, it doesn’t speak well for her integrity or character.

Vote for Izzy. She speaks her mind, opposes Measure D, and has shown the kind of forthrightness we deserve.
