Sunday – Saturday

• Interstate 80 from west of Auburn to Colfax. $40.4 million project to: rehabilitate the roadway utilizing rubberized asphalt concrete, rehabilitate the Applegate on/offramps, upgrade traffic operation system elements. The estimated completion date is fall 2006.

• Interstate 80 from west of Gold Run to Emigrant Gap. Work continues on a $33.1 million project to: rehabilitate the roadway and chain on/off areas utilizing portland concrete cement, extend a truck climbing lane west of Blue Canyon Interchange, upgrade traffic operation system elements. The estimated completion date is fall 2006.



Monday

• Route 20 (Nevada County) at Broad Street in Nevada City: Motorists can expect the No. 1 lane closed on the westbound on-ramp from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday. A Caltrans crew is scheduled for paving.




Monday – Saturday

• Route 49 (Sierra County) at various locations between the Yuba County line and Sierra City: Motorists can expect one-way traffic control from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. A Caltrans crew is scheduled to improve drainage facilities.

Monday – Friday

• Route 49 (Nevada County) from Old Downieville Road to Newtown Road: Motorists can expect various lane closures from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. A contractor is scheduled to construct a turn pocket.

• Interstate 80 from Blue Canyon to Nyack: Motorists can expect various eastbound lanes closed from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Friday. A contractor is scheduled for miscellaneous construction work.

Monday – Thursday

• Interstate 80 from Dry Creek Overcross to Clipper Gap near Auburn: Motorists can expect the westbound No. 1 lane and median closed from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. A contractor is scheduled for barrier cap work.

Tuesday – Thursday

• Route 20/49 (Nevada County) between Idaho Maryland Road and Brunswick road: Motorists can expect various east and westbound lane and ramp closures from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A Caltrans crew is scheduled for paving.

Wednesday – Thursday

• Route 49 (Nevada County) from the South Fork Yuba River Bridge to Tylerville: Motorists can expect one-way traffic control from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A Caltrans crew is scheduled for paving.

Monday – Wednesday

• Route 49 (Yuba and Sierra Counties) from Marysville Road to the Yuba Pass: Motorists can expect one-way traffic control at various locations from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. A Caltrans crew is scheduled to repair potholes.

• Route 49 (Sierra County) at the north Yuba River: Motorists can expect one-way traffic control from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. A Caltrans crew is scheduled for shoulder repairs.
