Short-term projects

– Route 20 (Nevada County) from Washington Street in Nevada City to Interstate 80: Motorists can expect one-way traffic control from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

– Interstate 80 (Placer County) from Route 193 near Auburn to Canyon Way near Colfax: Various east and westbound lanes closed from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. A Caltrans crew is scheduled for mowing, pavement and guardrail repair.



– Interstate 80 (Nevada County) from Placer County near Kingvale to Donner Lake Interchange: Various eastbound and westbound lanes closed from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday. A Caltrans crew is scheduled for guardrail repair and crack sealing.

– Interstate 80 (Nevada County) from Donner Lake Interchange to Route 89 North/Route 267 interchange in Truckee: Various eastbound and westbound lanes closed from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.




– Interstate 80 (Nevada County) from Farad to Sierra County line near Nevada state line: Motorists can expect various eastbound and westbound lanes closed from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. A Caltrans crew is scheduled for guardrail and fence repair.

– Route 174 (Nevada County) from Bear River at Placer County line to Clark Street in Grass Valley: One-way traffic control from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. A Caltrans crew is scheduled for drain cleaning, berm/shoulder repair, and brush cutting.

– Route 174 (Nevada County) at Bear River Bridge near Placer County line: Motorists can expect one-way traffic control from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday. A utility crew is scheduled to remove and replace damaged poles and cables.
