Routine Caltrans maintenance work will be suspended Monday, Feb. 17 for Washington’s Birthday.

Tuesday – Thursday



— On Highway 20 in Nevada County: Motorists can expect one-way traffic control and delays of five to 10 minutes on Highway 20 at various locations between the Yuba/Nevada County Line and the I-80 junction from 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Caltrans crews are doing routine maintenance along the roadway.




Tuesday – Friday

— On Highway 49 in Nevada County: Motorists can expect various lane closures, one-way traffic control and delays of five to 10 minutes at various locations on Highway 49 between the Bear River Bridge and the Nevada/Yuba County line from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Caltrans crews are doing routine maintenance along the roadway.

— On Highway 49 in Yuba and Sierra Counties: Motorists can expect one-way traffic control and delays of five to 10 minutes on Highway 49 at various locations from south of Camptonville to the Sierra/Plumas County line from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Caltrans crews are mowing and trimming trees along the roadway.

— On Interstate 80 between Auburn and Gold Run: Motorists can expect various lane closures and delays of five to 10 minutes on east and westbound lanes at various locations between Newcastle and Gold Run from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., noon on Friday. Caltrans crews are doing routine maintenance along the roadway.

— On Highway 174 in the Colfax area: Motorists can expect one-way traffic control and delays of five to 10 minutes on Highway 174 between the I-80 interchange and the Bear River Bridge from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Caltrans crews are doing routine maintenance along the roadway.
