— Hansen Bros. will continue raising manhole and water valve cans on streets that have been overlaid. Watch for traffic signs and flag persons.

— Work will continue on the installation of underground dry utilities on Mill Street in Grass Valley. Due to various construction activities on Mill Street, this area will be closed to all trucks from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays until further notice. Watch for detours and flag persons.


— South Auburn Street from East McKnight to the intersection at Whiting Street. Construction continues on the South Auburn Street Improvements Project. Paving of pipe trenches and frontage blending are under way. It may be necessary to close South Auburn Street to through traffic at times. All businesses will be open, and access will be maintained throughout this time period. Watch for construction signs, Crews will be on site from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.


— On Highway 49/20 in Nevada City: Expect the left lane closed and delays of up to five minutes southbound north of Nevada Street from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following morning. Caltrans is making improvements on the Nevada Street overcrossing

— On Highway 49/20 in Grass Valley: Expect various lane closures and delays of five to 10 minutes northbound from the Highway 20 junction to Bennett Street from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. A survey crew is working along the roadway.


— On Highway 174: Expect one-way traffic control and delays of five to 10 minutes near Dalmation Drive/Buena Wood between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. A utility crew is transporting cable across the roadway.
