Religion brief – Unity in the Gold Country

At Unity in the Gold Country this Sunday, Pam Smithson, licensed Unity teacher, will speak about “Power, Presence and Purpose.” The Rev. Jerry Farrell, a native of Ireland, will offer the Invocation. The Rev. Joe Sloan will be the soloist offering several Irish songs to fit the occasion.

Services are held at 10:30 a.m. at Easterly Hall, 336 Crown Point Circle (Board of Realtors Building). A St. Patrick’s Pot Luck will follow. Unity’s youth groups meet at the Spiritual Learning Center, 333 Crown Point Circle, Suite 215. Child care is available at Esterly Hall. Unity is open to all people of all religions, and everyone is welcome.

The “4 T Prosperity Program” meets at 7 p.m. Tuesdays and “A Course in Miracles” at 7 p.m. Thursdays. Both meet at the Learning Center. For more information, visit http://www.unitygold.us or call 274-2463.
