Punish meth users

I think that it is absurd that family members and friends want to give Bandy another chance. Obviously, the rehab centers do not work.

I also feel that Dwaine L. Frye got off way too easy. He got a slap on the hand, as I see it. Come on, he was a drug addict turned counselor when he was clean for a brief moment, preaching to people who were hooked on meth. Then what does he do? Starts using again. He had been through the rehab programs more than once and it didn’t work. I don’t care if he tested clean through a urine test. You can buy those tests at stores here in Grass Valley, which I am sure he did. I feel that he should have received the eight years or more that he could have gotten.

And as far as Bandy, I feel the same way. We need to clean up this town, not give these people a slap on the hand so they can continue what they do best, use and sell meth to kids and teens.
