Provost will be missed

We should thank publicly outgoing Provost Tina Ludutsky-Taylor for her service to the schools of this community, specifically her service for Sierra College as Provost for 10 1/2 years, and for her strong contribution to the financing of the construction of Phase 2 of the campus.

Nevada County is a desirable place to live because of its high ranking schools, at least relative to other California schools.

California schools operate under tremendous financial pressure. Any support for the schools is welcome.

As reported in The Union. She is leaving us for New Mexico. It’s my home state. She will be an asset there.
